Featured Article - Year of Contrast

There is a word that I received from the Lord recently that I would like to share with you. I am placing it here in the featured article because I believe that is an important word to the church. God spoke to me that 2006 would be a year of "CONTRAST"! At first I did not understand what He was saying to me, although it sounded interesting! As my understanding increased I began to see what the meaning of this one word message was. A flashlight is of little use in noon day sunlight, but at night it is a powerful guide. God is saying that we are the light of the world and He has allowed a contrast a darkness in this world that will cause those who have charged up their batteries to shine brightly and light the path for others to safely follow. Contrast of light and darkness. Darkness if you release it in light it is overcome! Light if you release it in darkness it overcomes! We are overcomers! We are the light that overcomes the darkness! We are a shining contrast to a dark and dieing world. Fear is the devils darkroom, where he develops all of his negatives!

God is light and the father of lights! God is our father, we are a light shining in great contrast to the darkness around us. This year can be a great opportunity for us to let our lights shine. I believe that we are standing in a place where God wants to do signs and wonders through us in this year of 2006. What I believe God is wanting to do is to show Himself through you and I. A great contrast, an example of powerful living and miracles flowing from the hand of God to men and women who shines forth in faith, hope and love. I want to encourage you to be bold and expect that God is going to take your flashlight and turn it into a flood light in this coming year. May God's richest blessings be yours!

Prophetic Countdown - World News

Interesting news coming every day. You only have to turn your TV on or pick up a paper to see prophetic news happening today. A recent announcement is that the EU is now designing a similar system to our EPS. The EU is partnering with the Russian government using the Russian made missile to place the first of several satellites in space. The EU boast of their new system being able to locate a position with in one square meter (roughly one square foot.) In other news court decisions in America a Vermont judge handing down a 60 day sentence for a man sexually abusing a child over a 4 year period of time. Also here in the USA following the example of one States decision to Doctor assisted suicide, many other States are expected to follow suit. The Iranian President's defiance in the face of US and World objection, proclaimed that they will continue to develop their nucleolar capabilities as a nation and almost in the same breath define their national cause is genocide of all Jews and any Western sympathizers. These are exciting times we live in! Jesus is coming soon the earth is bearing testimony of the truth of His Word!

In light of the many developments in these United States and across the World it is apparent that it is time for Christians to be busy about their father's business. We in some cases we need to be a voice in government, religion, humanities, medicine and ethics. But above all we must continue to be "a voice crying in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the Lord." Salvation of the souls of men is what we must place at the forefront of all that we do. To build the kingdom of heaven is our primary purpose in this hour. May God's richest blessings be yours as we labor together for the cause of Christ.

As it is written so also shall it be. God's Word will be fulfilled in this earth. The prophetic Word of God will prevail in truth! We are in this world but we are not of this world. Live your life here as an ambassador for the kingdom to which you belong.

Decision One - Make Heaven & Miss Hell!

In today's world thoughts of eternity are possibly the last thing on your mind! Like the bug on the window-shield you didn't think about hitting anything! There is a day coming when you will step out of this life and into eternity and it can and will come when you are not ready for it!

Who do you know that sent you an e-mail saying "Hey! thought I'd let you know that I'm checking out next Tuesday! Bye!" Is that a little over the top? Not really! We just don't know do we? What we can know is what happens next! I saw a sign at a church the other day that read, "Eternity, Smoking or Non-smoking?" A little lame maybe, but a good question none the less! Will you make heaven and miss hell? There is only one way to know! You have to know Him! Walking down an aisle and having someone pray for you won't do it. Being a member of some church won't do it. Being a better person than the guys you work or go to school with won't do it. Doing good things for people. None of those things! Only knowing Jesus Christ personally will do it! I know that a lot of people think that there must be some other way! The bug on the window-shield may have been thinking something too! When life is over your thinking faces truth! Are you sure what your thinking is the truth. Jesus said "I am the truth..." That may be narrow, but it is the truth! He went on to say "No man (human) comes to the Father (God) except by (believing in and knowing) Me!" (personally). He is my personal friend and I'll be glad to introduce you!

Trips & Tips

The number one thing that you need is a heart to help! Then you need to ask God if you are to go or to give! If God does not tell you to do ether one then pray! If God does tell you to go or to give then obey!

The first step after you hear give is to ask God how much? If God says $5.00 then send $5.00. If He says $5,000, go ahead and pray again, but if you heard Him right, obey! God will accomplish all He wants to do through this ministry if we will all just listen and follow what He tells us.

If you hear God say Go! The first step of faith is to get a passport! Do not wait for the trip to come up. That is the number one reason people miss out on going! They did not have their papers ready in time. Passports are good for 10 years so go ahead and take that first faith step the day you hear God say Go!

If God let's you stay and pray there is no better gift you can give to our ministry! Believe me when I say the givers and the goers both want what they are doing to avail (produce, accomplish) much! Without much prayer we cannot prevail against the powers of darkness. Therefore, do not think it is a lesser part of this ministry, and understand that it is a equal part rewarded by God. (James 5:16 KJV) Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. We are less than perfected, in need of prayer and healing, and above all desire to avail much!

We have great places to go and great ministries to link up with. I hope that each of you will someday hear GO! Before we go we meet several times to work out all the details and get on the same page so don't get worried! Just follow after the heart of God. We see people make great discoveries about their gifts and life purpose on these trips. Just step through those fears and watch God provide and equip you for the great things He created and prepared you for.
